Eben’s philosophy on real estate is that it’s an organic process which takes a life of its own. Each interaction, purchase or investment is a new phase or milestone in a person’s life, and is reflective of their individual personality.
Years on Wall Street gave Eben valuable financial savvy and keen insight on risk and investment value. His various roles in product and business development at top-name firms like Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and The IFC at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. instilled in him the ability to assist clients in a practical yet creative way to find well-targeted solutions for their goals, and make the most meticulously-planned investment moves. Eben rounds out his expertise with personal experience as an investor in the real estate arena, and as builder of two of his own homes.
Eben’s new development and real estate experience are rooted in working with firms like TOWN, Corcoran, Savanna Partners, Trinity Financial, DelShah Capital, Brown Harris Stevens, and Stribling. Eben’s new development and real estate investing experience comes from marketing and selling in developments such as 50 Franklin, 111 Murray, 165 W. 91st Street, The Apple Bank Building, and current projects for mixed use throughout the New York area.
