Jack’s first goal is to understand his clients’ preferences and requirements so he can get a clear picture of what they want. From there he strives to educate his buyers, sellers and renters with conversations about market conditions, along with detailed market data. Jack believes in previewing apartments as well, so he only shows the most suitable spaces for each individual’s needs. He specializes in all Manhattan properties and neighborhoods, with particular expertise in the East Village.
His interest in real estate blossomed right after college while working as an operational intern to the Vice President of Paramount Assets. Jack went on to become a leasing agent for Westminster Management, where he coordinated a team that managed 46 residential apartments in Manhattan, and trained new hires in leasing and contract negotiations. He also served as Head of A/R, processing $3 million per month in rent roll. His final stop before joining Douglas Elliman was as office manager of a boutique luxury real estate firm in the city and providing support to agents.
